3. Bookings and Cancellations
- All bookings must be confirmed via email or phone.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Late cancellations may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are quoted per service and may vary based on property size and requirements.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
6. Liability
Sanctuary Shine holds public liability insurance up to £10 million. While we take every care with your property, we recommend that customers have their own contents insurance for valuable items.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe access to the property on the scheduled date.
- Secure any valuable or fragile items before our arrival.
- Provide clear instructions for any specific requirements.
- Ensure pets are secured during the cleaning service.
